Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in logistics is a plus.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Excel and office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specs.
• Label packages and prepare shipping documents.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers for timely delivery.
• Update inventory system with received and shipped goods.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in counts.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations.
• Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service on inquiries.
