Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Procurement organization, preferably in Medical Device or FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong analytical/technical aptitude required.
• Experience with Engineering Change Orders and supplier change requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECO process and manage quotes.
• Manage Purchase Order process.
• Support vendor and client invoicing.
• Invoice reconciliation.
• PO and invoice problem resolution.
• Prepare presentations as requested.
• Assist with supplier onboarding in ERP.
• Support contract administration (NDAs, supply agreements, etc.).
