Nikkiso ACD, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Santa Ana, CA. You will handle source selection, RFx creation, supplier identification, and vendor negotiations to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.

Strong ERP and Office 365 skills are required, with 2+ years in a similar role and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. This role focuses on maintaining supplier performance, ensuring quality, and supporting accounts payable with accurate order records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two+ years' experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and use of ERP systems (Manfact) required
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency expected

Responsabilités

• Responds to demand using the ERP software
• Create RFx packages
• Assist in research and identification of prospective suppliers and manufacturers
• Negotiate price and delivery schedules with vendors
• Award vendors based on capability, price, and risk
• Monitor and control orders in ERP and reporting tools
• Expedite orders as needed, including vendor visits
• Track testing at vendor locations with PM team
• Ensure completeness of orders and certification for shipping release
• Assist in vendor reviews for supply chain compatibility
• Provide weekly status reports to Purchasing Manager
• Attend internal and external meetings as an active participant
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training events
