Qualifications

• High school education required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two or more years in a procurement or purchasing role.
• ERP and database experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responds to demand using the ERP software.
• Create RFx packages.
• Assist in identifying prospective suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiates price and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Awards vendors based on capability, price, and risk.
• Monitors orders in ERP and maintains records with company database and MS Office tools.
• Expedites orders and may visit vendor locations.
• Tracks off-site testing with project management.
• Reviews orders and certification packages for shipping releases.
• Ensures open items are cleared in ERP to assist AP invoices.
• Assists in vendor compatibility reviews with the ACD supply chain system.
• Provides weekly status reports to Purchasing Manager.
• Participates in meetings with preparation and insight.
• Participates in workshops and training events.
