Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Purchasing professional to manage supplier relationships, process purchase orders, and monitor inventory to prevent stockouts. The role also focuses on cost optimization and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, with preferred certifications in purchasing. The position supports a range of sourcing activities and compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or closely related field with required degree.
• 2–4 years with BA/BS in relevant degree.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs and PO lead times to optimize costs and TCO.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard work for buyers.
