Job summary

CTR Cryo, part of the TransTech Group, seeks a Purchasing/Procurement Manager in Rock Hill, SC to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for cryogenic materials and services. You will collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure quality and on‑time delivery while controlling costs.

The role requires 5–7 years of manufacturing purchasing experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong ERP/MRP and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials, components, and services.
• Qualify, audit, and manage key vendors and monitor performance.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet schedules.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
