Job summary

CTR Cryo, a premier provider of cryogenic storage and transport solutions, seeks a Purchasing/Procurement Manager in Rock Hill, SC. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in procurement, contract negotiations, and ERP/MRP systems, with a track record of reducing costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years purchasing experience in manufacturing, preferably industrial gas or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Qualify, audit, and manage critical vendors; monitor on-time delivery and pricing.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and contract compliance.
• Build strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with production and inventory to forecast demand and maintain stock levels.
