You will maintain purchasing records, monitor inventory, and collaborate with finance and operations to streamline processes. Strong skills in negotiation, ERP systems, and data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and alignment with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable conditions and long-term partnerships.
• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure alignment with budget and requirements.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to support purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate order entry and follow up with vendors on delivery schedules and changes.
• Support inventory control and logistics to ensure materials availability.
