Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent materials experience as stated (1-3 years) or 9-11 years in manufacturing with materials.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create manual orders and verify MRPs, ensuring supplier acknowledgment.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and avoid downtime.
• Maintain purchase orders and related records; track open orders and statuses.
• Coordinate disposition of rejected parts to prevent production stoppages.
• Assist Accounting and Warehouse with invoice discrepancies.
• Notify supervisor of any parts issues impacting the line.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets accuracy.
• Attend production and material review meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
