Responsibilities

• Oversee Purchasing functions to support operations across all Albany Med Health System campuses.
• Handle order placement and confirmation, monitor open orders, process returns and recalls, and ensure POs support timely receipt of goods and payment of invoices.
• Compile, monitor, and present data and reports related to purchasing activities.
• Lead and supervise purchasing staff, fostering teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers.
