Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the Accounts Payable team across all campuses. Under the direction of the AP Manager, you will enter invoices, credits, reimbursements and perform statement review in the ERP system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years AP experience; strong organizational, analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and with teams; experience with ERP and Microsoft Office; and may involve supplier

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, credits, reimbursements, and related items in ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review unapproved invoices and resolve exceptions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform weekly reviews to identify processing errors and improve accuracy.
• Assist with supplier onboarding to electronic data exchange (EDI).
• Support other AP team members and provide coverage as needed.
