• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing, engineering, operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified sources of supply for MSS.
• Develop MSS strategies to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate and maintain MSAs and SOWs for MSS suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction via value engineering and strategic sourcing.
• Monitor supplier performance with metrics and corrective actions.
• Travel to PACCAR facilities and supplier locations as needed.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects and supplier development.
