Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business/SCM/finance or related field.
- 7+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience.
- Experience with associated commodities.
- Supervisory experience leading teams.
- Proven negotiation and strong analytical skills.
- Project management and cross-functional teamwork experience.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage PACCAR's strategic relationships with capital equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, general contractors, and construction service providers.
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration for capital equipment, facility expansions, and project-related purchases.
- Partner with engineering, operations, facilities, and project teams to meet commercial and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers throughout design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Develop and execute bidding strategies, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier selections to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Negotiate and administer capital equipment purchase agreements, construction agreements, and other project contracts.
- Establish sourcing strategies to drive supplier performance, quality, and project delivery.
