PACCAR seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager to negotiate and manage supplier relationships for total cost, quality, and delivery. The role supports global supply chain strategies and cross-functional collaboration with PACCAR’s operations worldwide.

The candidate will lead cost-reduction initiatives, analyze supplier capabilities, and drive strategic procurement decisions to optimize value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in sourcing or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering is required; MBA preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze cost drivers and draft supply contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies, procurement strategies, and logistics opportunities.
• Negotiate and ensure supplier compliance to long-term agreements.
• Issue RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and analyze responses to support sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with PACCAR operations worldwide to build global supply chain strategies.
• Communicate with suppliers and management at all levels and present findings.
