Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement and supplier management in a manufacturing setting. You will source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to support operations.

The role requires proven leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a track record of driving cost savings and process improvements. On-site position in Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to support production and business goals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
