Jobot is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing and supply chain operations across its established, growing organization. This on-site role focuses on strategic purchasing, inventory optimization, vendor management, and process improvements while leveraging ERP systems, analytics, and automation to drive efficiencies and leadership collaboration with executive teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing, proven leadership, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Infor), advanced Excel, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Purchasing experience in Distribution or Manufacturing for Commercial customers.
• 2+ years of Management/Leadership experience, including direct supervision.
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing operations, including inventory management, demand planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee and develop the purchasing team across multiple locations.
• Optimize inventory levels, purchasing costs, and supplier performance.
• Leverage ERP systems, advanced Excel, and analytics to improve purchasing decisions.
• Implement automation and technology-driven process improvements.
• Analyze purchasing trends, lead times, and inventory carrying costs.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute purchasing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve overall supply chain efficiencies.
