Jobot is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing and supply chain operations across its established, growing organization. • 5+ years of Purchasing experience in Distribution or Manufacturing for Commercial customers.
• 2+ years of Management/Leadership experience, including direct supervision.
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and automation.

• Oversee and develop the purchasing team across multiple locations.
• Optimize inventory levels, purchasing costs, and supplier performance.

Compensation:$100k–$160k Base Salary DOE + Performance-Based Profit Sharing/Bonus + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401(k) with Discretionary Employer Match + PTO

Requirements

• 5+ years of Purchasing experience in Distribution or Manufacturing for Commercial customers
• 2+ years of Management/Leadership experience, including direct supervision
