Job summary

KPS Global LLC in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Manager of Purchasing to lead our Supply Chain Group. You will manage supplier accounts, negotiate pricing and service, and drive on-time delivery across manufacturing facilities.

You will develop long-term supplier agreements, monitor KPIs, oversee RFPs, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure material availability for schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or master's in supply chain preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the tactical purchasing function and directs buyers.
• Ensures on-time delivery and strong supplier performance.
• Develops and tracks team KPIs for management review.
• Acts as main liaison between buying team and other functions.
• Oversees PO lifecycle from procurement to payment.
