Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement contingency plans, optimize procurement and planning, and uphold Plexus Core Values in daily leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement functions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for MTM on customer/materials issues.
• Oversee total materials procurement and planning process.
• Mentor/coaching to MTM, DA and buyers to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure contingency plans.
• Lead initiatives aligning with Plexus Core Values and staff development.
