Quadstate Manpower is assisting a global manufacturer in identifying a Purchasing Manager for its U.S. production facility. The role focuses on owning sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost-effective procurement in a hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and ERP experience. You will partner with production, quality and corporate teams to drive cost-savings and process improvements.

• Purchasing and supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.

• ERP system experience and solid organizational abilities.
• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and availability targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and corporate teams.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes.
• Build strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Identify cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of a growing purchasing function.
