Qualifications

• BS or higher in business, supply chain, or related field.
• CPM certification preferred to demonstrate expertise in procurement and cost control.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required to manage supplier relations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
• Issue and track purchase orders and verify pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with production planning for inventory needs and scheduling.
• Maintain supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance documentation and quality certificates are obtained.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure uninterrupted materials flow.
