Qualifications

• Requires strong plastics/chemicals procurement experience and knowledge of supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing.
• Ability to interpret complex specifications, blueprints, and engineering documents.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with Excel/Power BI; familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing requirements for facilities in the USA.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, pricing history, and contracts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Lead supplier selection, RFPs, TCO analyses, and contract negotiations.
• Build strong supplier relationships via visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Develop commodity strategies to maximize cost savings and supply continuity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI initiatives.
• Lead cost reduction workshops and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risk and drive performance improvements.
