Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Minimum five years in purchasing or equivalent.
• Casino/hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
• Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, quality and inventory control policies.
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and services for the organization.
• Oversees Purchasing Clerk and Purchasing Clerk II.
• Trains new Purchasing Clerk and F&B team members.
• Coordinate monthly F&B inventory.
• Prepare and place purchase orders with vendors.
• Negotiate pricing among suppliers.
• Ensure supplier conformance to PO requirements.
• Maintain vendor communications and licensing with TGA.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Generate vendor billing and cost-saving reports.
• Establish vendor performance metrics.
• Maintain PO data and ensure PO closure.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
