Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, purchasing, or operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to maintain stock.
• Maintain purchasing records, shipping docs, and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, accounting, and operations teams.
• Track shipments, identify delays, and resolve issues.
• Communicate with vendors on orders, pricing, delivery.
• Support logistics planning and inventory management.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
