Evapco Dry Cooling, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a full-time Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, shipping, and vendor management for projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing and logistics, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This role includes domestic and international travel and offers employee ownership and profit-sharing benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Purchasing and Logistics, industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Proficient with MS software tools and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and freight forwarders, prepare quotes and bid tabs.
• Draft purchase orders and process invoices under supervision.
• Maintain records of quotations, POs, invoices and shipping docs.
• Resolve supplier issues related to specs, timing and quality.
• Provide shipping instructions and monitor shipments with carriers.
• Track supplier performance and escalate problems as needed.
• Maintain procurement/logistics databases for commodities and services.
• Occasional domestic and international travel.
