Evapco Dry Cooling, Inc. is hiring a full-time Purchasing / Logistics Coordinator in Bridgewater, NJ. The role supports procurement and logistics for equipment, fabrication and construction projects within a fast-paced, global team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Purchasing and Logistics, strong negotiation and MS Office skills, and thrive in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven Purchasing and Logistics experience (industrial/power/energy sector preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and freight forwarders; prepare inquiries and quotes.
• Draft purchase orders and process invoices under supervision.
• Resolve supplier issues related to specs, timing, quality, quantity and delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation and provide shipping instructions.
• Monitor shipments with freight forwarders and suppliers; expedite as needed.
• Maintain procurement and logistics activity database.
• Occasional domestic and international travel.
