Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and issue purchase orders for materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment efforts to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve purchasing issues.
• Verify pricing, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution activities.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure material availability.
• Assist with the ongoing implementation and optimization of Epicor ERP.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities across purchasing and inventory functions.
