Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Purchasing Manager to oversee food & beverage procurement, warehouse receiving, storage and inventory control at the Toledo Complex. The role requires forecasting, negotiating, staff leadership, and adherence to company guidelines, with involvement in payables and supplier partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in purchasing/warehouse management, preferably in sports/entertainment, and strong MS Office and inventory skills.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ management experience in purchasing and warehouse management preferably in sports and entertainment.
• Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food & beverage procurement needs and warehouse management.
• Forecast, negotiate, and manage budgets and staff; ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Assist payables processes to manage purveyor partnerships and contract terms.
• Lead inventory control initiatives and coordinate month-end financial reporting.
• Manage procurement reports and supplier performance to drive cost efficiency.
