Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Purchasing Manager for the Toledo Complex in Toledo, OH. The role oversees all food & beverage procurement, warehouse receiving, storage, and inventory control, with responsibility for forecasting, negotiating, budgeting, and staff leadership.

Collaborate with payables to ensure vendor contracts and terms are met. The successful candidate will manage spend, ensure policy adherence, and drive inventory turns while maintaining high service levels for events and venues

Qualifications

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of management experience in purchasing and warehouse management.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing trends.

Responsibilities

Oversee food & beverage procurement, warehouse receiving, distribution, and storage processes.
Forecast, negotiate, and manage budgets; lead staff and ensure policy adherence.
Coordinate payables with location finance to manage terms and vendor contracts.
Lead inventory control to improve turns and accuracy; manage month-end financial reporting.
