• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery reliability.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value and ensure supply.
• Analyze demand trends and forecast inventory needs to support business needs.
• Track supplier performance and address issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contacts and vendor communications.
• Oversee cycle counts and annual inventory across stores.
• Work with service department to source hard-to-get parts.
• Prepare monthly management reports and supervise purchasing team.
