Job summary

Custom Dynamics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support purchasing, inventory coordination, sales support, and marketing. This role works closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams.

The role encompasses purchasing, receiving & inventory coordination, sales support, and marketing support to ensure smooth operations and successful dealer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue purchase orders to domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier lead times and follow up on open purchase orders.
• Track incoming shipments and communicate delivery status.
• Coordinate with Engineering regarding new product components and revisions.
• Maintain supplier pricing and purchasing records.
• Assist in forecasting inventory requirements.
• Review Technical Support inventory needs each week and order replacement parts to ensure technicians have components required to support customers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs while maintaining quality.
• Resolve supplier discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, or quality.
