Qualifications

• Requires deep management and leadership knowledge.
• Mastery in a technical discipline or broad related expertise.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• University degree or equivalent; 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division-level procurement operations.
• Execute procurement strategies with collaboration from construction peers.
• Create and manage a comprehensive house cost budget and plan; ensure budget accuracy.
• Lead startup strategy meetings for new communities and ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide oversight on procurement-related items to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Forecast risk and cost opportunities using the project tracker tool.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve margins.
• Drive vendor performance through VIP meetings, site walks, and partnerships.
• Demonstrate strong presentations to various audiences.
• Build relationships with trade partners to enable sourcing strategies.
• Attract, recruit, hire, and develop procurement team members.
• Manage and mentor other procurement staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
