Job summary

Atlanta Housing is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to develop and administer complex solicitations for goods and services. You will manage procurement processes, train staff, coordinate with finance, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while supporting the Sourcing and Contracts Management team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and analytical skills, and familiarity with procurement regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with office software and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of CFR/HUD regulations preferred; certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute and develop procurement solicitations and related processes.
• Provide training and support on the acquisition process to units.
• Coordinate with Finance on funding and purchase orders.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments.
• Ensure audit-ready procurement files and regulatory compliance.
