Job summary

Atlanta Housing Authority seeks a Purchasing Analyst to develop, publish and evaluate complex solicitations for goods and services. You will administer acquisition processes, ensure compliance and provide expert support in a fast paced team environment with strong customer service focus.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, NIGP CPP certifications preferred, and collaboration with Finance for funding. Office-based position in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage procurement solicitations and e-procurement processes.
• Prepare and deliver training and technical assistance on acquisition services.
• Assist in acquisition planning with business units.
• Interface with management, contract staff, contractors and public on solicitations and contracts.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure funds are available for contract actions.
• Evaluate procurement methods and ensure compliance with regulations.
