Job summary

You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships, review requisitions, and coordinate delivery schedules to keep jobs on track. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field, at least 3 years of experience, and a proven ability to reduce costs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth contract review and negotiation.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills with prioritization ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approve purchase orders and organize delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee tracking of shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Develop procurement strategies that are cost‑effective.
• Maintain updated ETA dates for all open purchase orders.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy of product, quantity, price, delivery date, and payment terms.
• Perform data entry of purchase orders in systems and logs.
• Facilitate disputes between supplier and organization.
• Monitor markets and forecast changes affecting pricing, delivery and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and take actions where required.
• Communicate vendor programs, contracts, and issues to Purchasing Manager.
• Conduct RFQ processes by soliciting quotes in compliance with regulations.
