Job summary

Bart's Electric is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety across our Fort Walton Beach region. You will drive a proactive safety culture on multiple job sites, partnering with field leadership, project managers, and GCs to embed safety into everyday work and reduce EMR.

We value extensive construction safety experience, OSHA certifications, and strong communication to influence a culture of safety.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction safety experience, including multi-site or regional oversight.
OSHA 30/500, CHST, CSP, or similar certifications are preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction/electrical safety standards.
Willingness to travel to job sites across the region.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety programs and compliance across regional job sites.
Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying and correcting hazards.
Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and new-hire orientations.
Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root cause, and drive corrective actions.
Manage OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory compliance, and work to lower EMR.
Partner with field leadership, PMs, and GCs to build safety into the work.
Mentor and support site safety staff.
