Job summary

KDDI America is seeking a qualified professional to support sales and procurement operations, managing end-to-end order processes in Navision, and supporting the sales team to achieve economies of scale. The role includes contract management, data reporting, and coordination with billing and warehouse teams.

The position requires Japanese and English, collaboration with multiple departments, and participation in KAIZEN initiatives to improve workflows and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Japanese and English required.
• Experience in sales support and procurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create price quotations for renewals of existing licenses and for straightforward SI projects.
• Create SI invoices via the Navision system.
• Coordinate with the billing team to ensure invoice accuracy and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Respond to customer inquiries on behalf of the sales team.
• Obtain quotes, lead times, and specifications as requested by Sales/Engineering.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, verify specifications and pricing, and obtain approvals.
• Manage warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
