Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field is required.
• APICS or CPIM Certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience of 5+ years in Material Planning or Purchasing.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with MRP/MPS, preferably SAP.
• Experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and electronic QMS systems.
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001; 14001; 15378) and cGMP.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage local purchasing and supply management activities with emphasis on compliance and CSR.
• Communicate with suppliers to develop relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle all local purchasing for the site, including MRO and plant services.
• Assist reporting on KPIs where applicable.
• Generate reports from SAP and Celonis (Open PO, On-Time Delivery, spend data).
• Maintain SAP purchasing data, including pricing and material master data.
• Coordinate with other departments to satisfy purchasing needs.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and optimize purchasing value.
