Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or procurement-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement.
• Familiarity with mining equipment and industry requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure equipment, materials, and services to support Company activities.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize value.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with staff to optimize delivery timing and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and support forecasting and order tracking.
• Monitor procurement metrics and vendor performance; conduct supplier evaluations quarterly.
