Qualifications

• 5–8 years of procurement experience with contract development and commercial negotiations.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier performance management.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts.
• Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, terms, and risk.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and bid packages.
• Evaluate proposals and recommend awards.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain procurement documentation for audits.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Monitor market conditions and sourcing trends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
