Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years of purchasing experience preferred, especially in plumbing/HVAC related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Procure material and equipment by negotiating cost, delivery schedules, and terms with vendors.
• Issue and verify all purchase orders and costs according to project estimates.
• Manage purchase orders to ensure tracking and timely expediting as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to support procurement.
• Confirm with vendors to ensure punctual delivery and resolve back-order issues.
• Identify and evaluate new vendors to improve cost and quality of materials.
