Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in plumbing/HVAC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Procure material and equipment by negotiating costs, delivery schedule, and terms with vendors.
• Issue and verify costs of purchase orders according to project estimates.
• Manage purchase orders to ensure accurate tracking and expediting as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure punctual delivery by confirming with vendors.
