Job summary

Beacon Promotions Inc DBA Mixie is a Minnesota based subsidiary of HPG. The Procurement Order Management Coordinator manages the lifecycle of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate updates and timely invoicing.

The role supports production scheduling and order execution while developing expertise in Beacon's products and supply chain processes in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and logistics is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate schedule changes impacting delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping, and Production to ensure timely communication.
• Maintain ERP data integrity with accurate purchase orders, receipts, pricing, and status.
• Support timely order invoicing and supplier coordination.
