Job summary

KeyCorp in Cleveland is seeking a Sr. Payments Advisor to partner with Relationship Managers and drive efficiencies in payments processes for clients across industries.

The role requires prospecting new clients, delivering cash management solutions, and serving as a trusted advisor. You will develop strategies, manage client portfolios, and contribute to portfolio growth within KeyBank's payments/tresury services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payments/treasury or cash management consultative sales experience.
• Experience with government/public entities or commercial/corporate clients.
• Strong sales skills with proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a sales and marketing strategy that achieves market penetration, cross-sell, revenue, and client acquisition goals.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Relationship Managers to acquire, expand and retain business clients with payments/treasury needs.
• Lead prospecting for new client acquisitions and be part of the deal team when going in for the sale.
• Partner with Relationship Managers in performing strategic dialogs to turn prospects into clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor for clients with cash management needs to develop, manage, and retain profitable relationships.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions and participate in client management and relationship reviews.
