Job summary

KeyBank in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Product Manager for Commercial Payments within the Corporate Bank to own the ACH and RTP product lifecycle, ensure Nacha and RTP compliance, and collaborate with risk and operations. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, risk management, or treasury management related to payments/money movement.
• AAP or AFPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology, compliance, sales, risk, and operations on ACH & RTP risk questions.
• Strengthen control environment related to ACH/Nacha Rules and RTP Operating Rules.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance for payments.
• Deliver training and support to sales in communicating product benefits.
