• Working knowledge of digital platforms and ability to educate clients on digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships during transactions.
• Address complex servicing issues and refer to a Banker as needed.
• Attend and contribute to daily huddles and debriefs.
• Maintain compliance with policies, security procedures, and cash controls.
