Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a senior pursuit leadership role to drive new client opportunities across Southern California public-sector markets. You will build pipelines, manage relationships with clients and partners, and coordinate with sub-industry and regional leaders to position the team for future contracts.

The role includes representing Accenture at industry events, developing Pursuit Capture Plans, and collaborating with marketing and regional managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years' experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.
• 5 years' program management or construction management experience.
• 5 years' experience supporting business development, capture management, marketing, and strategic pursuits.
• Established network of public agency clients, industry partners, and teaming relationships within the AEC/PMCM industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client and project opportunities with Sub-Industry and Regional leaders.
• Maintain Deltek CRM to keep pipeline data current.
