The role emphasizes governance, process development, and collaboration with contract managers and end-users to ensure compliant, timely contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of experience with contract management.
• 4 years of experience with contract monitoring and/or auditing.
• 4 years of experience complying with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
• 4 years of experience establishing and cultivating vendor relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors CPA contracts and contract performance, including tracking key metrics with agency contract managers.
• Works with assigned contract managers across agency and maintains input for CMMP and SCMS for high-risk contracts.
• Ensures contract deliverables are reviewed and accepted before signing acceptance.
• Coordinates with contract managers to ensure vendor deliverables are accepted prior to payment of invoices.
• Assists and supports purchasers, end-users, and contract managers with all phases of the contract life cycle.
• Enter and maintain data in CAPPS, SharePoint, Salesforce, and related systems.
