Job summary

Oracle Public Safety is seeking a Public Safety Functional Consultant to support critical operational areas from discovery through implementation. You will identify hardware requirements, coordinate orders and vehicle upfits, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Shipping, and Support to ensure a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of work experience in public safety.
• 2 years of consulting experience in the public safety industry.
• Experience coordinating installation projects with contractors.
• Demonstrated ability in rapid paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with customers and manage expectations.
• Lead integration discovery sessions and gather requirements.
• Coordinate hardware orders and vehicle installations with upfitters.
• Define integration requirements with developers and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports highlighting risks and delays.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Shipping, and Support.
