Job summary

FUSE is offering an Executive Fellowship in San Francisco to strengthen and modernize the City’s health benefits training systems for CalFresh and Medi‑Cal eligibility determinations.

Selected Fellows will work with SFHSA, participate in Coro’s executive program if desired, and receive FUSE employment benefits with a $95,000 annual salary plus a possible Coro stipend for a total of $165,000 before taxes.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of SFHSA training ecosystems and induction programs.
• Design multimodal learning tools, including micro‑learning and guides.
• Coordinate with policy experts and frontline staff for practical translation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy and impact.
• Build sustainable, scalable training practices beyond the fellowship.
